ABOUT KELLY
Kelly's fiction and nonfiction explore the intersection between our natural environment and human experience. Her unique undergraduate education in Human Ecology at College of the Atlantic provides the framework for much of her ideology and her interdisciplinary approach to writing and living.
Kelly received her MFA in Creative Writing from the Northwest Institute for Literary Arts and Antioch University, Los Angeles with the support of a private grant from the Elizabeth George Foundation. She is the founder and host of Out Loud, a bimonthly literary reading series that featured local Santa Barbara authors, and runs her own Professional Creative Services business, KG Creative Services. Kelly is also a Professor of Writing for Antioch University, Santa Barbara's undergraduate program.

In her free time, Kelly enjoys creating art, reading voraciously, and exploring the mountains with her husband and their two dogs.
Kelly is available for speaking engagements, workshops and teaching, readings, and book coaching and editorial support. Please visit www.kgcreativeservices.com for more information about her Professional Creative Services, or contact her using the form below.
